I have for sale my lovely leather all purpose classic Stubben saddle. It has a 16.5" seat and is 8.5" from D-Ring to D-Ring, which i believe is a Medium width, although this is not excact. It has lovely cream stitching along from the pommel and down the twist (pictured). Very good condition for it's age, apart from a few scratches in the leather on the cantle (pictured) and some old stains on the knee rolls (pictured), neither of which affect the use of the saddle. Only for sale as it no longer fits my mare. Absolute bargain price for such a quality saddle.

Unfortunately this saddle is surplus to requirements as whilst it fits the pony, it doesn't fit the child it was intended for! It is in extremely good condition and as the photos show is leather with serge panels and synthetic flaps so is the best of all worlds! It has a wide gullet & wide panels to distribute the weight of the rider away from the spine, and is designed to fit awkward-shaped native ponies with broad flat backs & no withers. I do not have space in my tack room for all the saddles that I have found really useful and comfortable so am having a clear-out and getting rid of everything very cheaply! I have listed this item elsewhere so may end the auction early, but I am happy for anyone near to RG9 to view it, or else to try it on. I myself have had a nightmare with various courier companies that claim to not be able to find the house or find anyone at home, so I am happy to send at cost via the buyer's preferred company, in the meantime I will list P+P as £15, but it could well be less

16'' pony saddle. This saddle has been scuffed on the cantle and some stitching is coming loose but it is basically sound and very comfortable. Has front d rings for grass rein or breastplate attachments and has a d ring at the back to attach a crupper so is suitable for a pony with low withers. It measures approx 6.5-7'' d to d (please see photo) and comes with 4.5'' safety stirrups. The rubbers have perished on these but can be replaced very cheaply, I just haven't had a chance to do so.   The saddle has been unused for a while and stored in a tack room so could do with being oiled.

I am absolutely gutted that this saddle doesn't fit any of my current ponies as it is extremely comfortable (even when I squeeze myself into it!) and puts the rider in a great position. Would make a great WHP saddle as although there is plenty of knee roll it also accommodates a big shoulder. Has been used on a flat-backed Welsh section B with no withers as well as a Connemara who is a similar shape but now needs an extra wide. Having had a bit of a nightmare with specific courier companies that cannot seem to make the effort to see if anyone is at home, I am happy to send at cost using whichever service the buyer prefers, so will list P+P at £15, but it may well be less. Local collection is also a possibility and I am happy for the purchaser to view the saddle and try it on before the end of the auction. Also listed elsewhere, so may end auction early. I know I would get more money for this saddle if I sold it via my local saddler, but I have a tiny tack room and not enough space for lots of spare saddles!

16.5 thorowgood pony club saddle. Excellent condition. Couple of stitches coming open at bottom of flap (pictured), and one of the knee rolls is slightly damaged but doesn't affect use (also pictured) has had new leathers a while back but good condition.   I think it has adjustable gullet but I could be wrong. I've never tried changing it. Measures approx 8 inch D-D. I would say it's M/W. Was used on a Welsh section c. It has a little wear and always been looked after. Please see pictures. Barnsby Pony Club saddle. 16" seat, 8" D-ring to D-ring.  Well used with a few scratches and scuffs (as pictured) but it is still a nice, sound little saddle in good working order. The saddle is flocked with wool and had point straps fitted by a saddler about 5 years ago. Has been in regular use until recently when I decided to try treeless hence my reason for sale. Saddle is to be collected only, however if the purchaser wishes to arrange collection by a courier (at own cost and risk) then I am happy to carefully pack the item.
