Saddle measures 15 inches from pommel to cantel. Medium bar fitted. Has front and back detachable knee rolls. Lovely comfortable saddle. Hardly been used as was fitted for previous pony who proved too much for my daughter so was sold on and didn't fit new pony. Cost £400 new last year and has been sitting on saddle rack ever since.

Thorowgood 16" T4 brown Pony Club saddle. Used for approx 6 months on an occasional basis (pony had 2 saddles). Always stored covered in clean and dry tack room on saddle tree. In very good condition - mark on one photo is from stirrup having just been removed for the photo! No blemishes, tears etc. I am more than happy for a buyer to inspect it before bidding. Currently fitted with red (wide) gullet bar (although I do have other gullet bars available - see my other listings). This is the most up-to-date Thorowgood saddle with changeable gullet, movable blocks and changeable girth straps. Collection from EN6 (free) jnc of M25 near A10 too. Postage at buyers expense. I have here for sale a 16 inch T4 Pony club saddle in brown. It is literally in like new condition as has only been used for the past few months and been cleaned after very single use. Not getting wet or mucky and has been stored inside with a cover over when not being used. Currently contains a wide gullet, though it is a interchangeable gullet system, so will take any gullet to change with the horse and comes with allen key to change the gullets with. 16.5 thorowgood pony club saddle. Excellent condition. Couple of stitches coming open at bottom of flap (pictured), and one of the knee rolls is slightly damaged but doesn't affect use (also pictured) has had new leathers a while back but good condition.   I think it has adjustable gullet but I could be wrong. I've never tried changing it. Measures approx 8 inch D-D. I would say it's M/W. Was used on a Welsh section c. It has a little wear and always been looked after. Please see pictures. Barnsby Pony Club saddle. 16" seat, 8" D-ring to D-ring.  Well used with a few scratches and scuffs (as pictured) but it is still a nice, sound little saddle in good working order. The saddle is flocked with wool and had point straps fitted by a saddler about 5 years ago. Has been in regular use until recently when I decided to try treeless hence my reason for sale. Saddle is to be collected only, however if the purchaser wishes to arrange collection by a courier (at own cost and risk) then I am happy to carefully pack the item.

Details about   16" M Cliff Barnsby Pony Club saddle

This super little saddle has done sterling service on a variety of native ponies that are built like a loo roll with no withers! It is built on a very flat tree with flat gussetts and tends not to roll or move forwards. It looks quite straight cut, but actually has plenty of knee support. Sadly the only child I have that still fits into a 16" saddle has a pony that does not taper at the withers as his previous one did, so needs a wider saddle........... The girth points are sound, as is the saddle. The only issue is that the girth straps are starting to peel an separate, but are still well-stitched and passed muster at PC recently. Having had a bit of a nightmare with specific courier companies that cannot seem to make the effort to see if anyone is at home, I am happy to send at cost using whichever service the buyer prefers, so will list P+P at £15, but it may well be less. Local collection is also a possibility and I am happy for the purchaser to view the saddle and try it on before the end of the auction. Also listed elsewhere, so may end auction early. I know I would get more money for this saddle if I sold it via my local saddler, but I have a tiny tack room and not enough space for lots of spare saddles
