In generally decent condition, although there is a small amount of delamination on the front edge of the table that I have tried to photograph (caused by the chair going in and out). As per photos, there is some small damage to one corner of the drawer unit and a barely visible crack to the veneer of one of the desk's drawers (easily covered with white paint). The price reflects these minor cosmetic faults, so please don't try and haggle when you pick up. I still have the original instruction manuals. On request, I can disassemble the units for easier transportation, saving you having to do it when you pick them up. Must go quickly as I'm having the room redecorated.
