The hat has a velvet top with a very distinctive slant, it is beautifully designed. A velvet centre band encases the hat where the top joins the brim at the base. There is a silk flower positioned at the side and the brim extends out and is formed of a black woven hessian fabric. The rim is bound/ edged in black velvet. The hat has a full black satin lining insert for comfort. It is exquisitely and beautifully made, a high quality item.
