Story behind Lulu is that I bought her for my daughter to ride as I was told she was broken, hacked around a housing estate, tied up outside a shop on a main road when they went in....etc. I looked at her at 3.30 and by 7pm she was in my stable as she was in a filthy stable with a scattering of filthy shavings, 2 big 24 hour nets both empty and a shitty water bucket. I couldn't leave her. Once I got her the girl said she had been ridden bareback, traveller style and she won't stand still for you to get on. I am not one for rodeo trick riding so we have just had her as a pet for 6 months. With my shop, kids and the other ponies I have no time for a project pony. She is so loving and once she trusts that you arn't going to whip or beat her she is so attentive. She comes to call from the far side of the field if she knows you have a treat. Has been backed for 8 weeks and has been the easiest youngster to do, improves every day and does not say no to anything. Work on the lunge is perfect, listens and responds to voice commands quickly. Loves pole work and self corrects to make sure she doesn't touch them. Schooling is green due to age but is improving every day. Learning to accept contact and work in an established and correct outline. Very well balanced for a youngster and again is improving daily. Has jumped in the school and is taking to this perfectly. 5 this year absolute beautiful mare. Has been backed last year by myself ridden on roads followed and led. Been out to a few places hired arenas walk trot cantered and popped a jump. Not fased by anything at all.she is nervous and she seems to have been twitched by her ears so can be worried when putting bridle over ears. This does get better the more often it's done. Ginge! Stunning year old TB mare! in Newport

Ginge for sale! A beautiful 7 year old 16.2hh thoroughbred mare. Passported and microchipped, eligible for ROR. Completely clean limbed and vice free apart from weaving at feeding times. Retired from racing sound and enjoyed some time off over winter. Recently brought back into work proving sane and sensible. We have decided to put our 16hh mare Honey for sale due to her and my daughter not clicking. Honey has a lovely temperament and is easy to do in all ways on the ground, she is handled by a 13 year old who has no problems with her. She can easily jump 90cm at home, and has free lunged up to 1m30cm. My daughter has taken her to some unaffiliated show jumping between 70 and 90cm where she has proven to be bold over bright fillers. She has also done some unaffiliated arena eventing, been taken to cross country and dressage schooled. She is good to hack alone and in company, she is currently being ridden in light work by my teenage daughter and is ridden weekly by a adult rider.
