Timber wood and decking
This timber frame wooden structure was built by professionals from scratch. This building was built as an outbuilding for a smoking shelter events venue. Open plan with decking floor. Open windows on the side to comply with smoking regulations. External cladding is loglap with felt roof. There is a kitchenette in 1 corner or the structure. Double door entrance with an emergency exit on the opposite side. The structure can be taken down and rebuilt, or the wood can be used for other purposes. The dimensions: 20m on the long side. 15m on the opposite side. 7.2m on the short straight side. 8m on the side connecting the 20m and 15m sides. 2x4 timber used to build the skeleton of the structure. Fire retardant insulation and fire retardant pink plasterboards. The plastic on the windows was just a temporary cover.
