Great fishing boat and the snipe trailer it's sitting on. hull is in good shape it's water tight and very stable. transom is solid just needs antifouling and it's good to go, personally I would give it a lick of paint but not essential. cuddy is big enough to shelter from the odd rain storm as we've had 3 of us in there doing that exact thing when fishing. I would say a maximum of 3 people on board, but would hold more. delivery is possible if you don't have a tow bar but would need to be local due to busy work schedule. trailer tows straight and true and you would hardly know it was there when towing. perfect project boat or to be put straight in the water. Here I have for sale my "ORKNEY" fishing boat complete with SNIPE trailer and EVINRUDE 6HP MOTOR. Motor runs spot on with no lumps or bumps and will do approx mph on a flat, no current river or lake. She is 13ft, small cabin WATER READY fishing boat.
