He has a lovely temperament and manners to die for. He has been with me from 9 months old and turned 4 in May. Standing approx 15.2hh but still has a bit more growing to do. Longreined on busy road and not bothered by traffic. Was backed couple of months ago and walking nicely. Been trotted a couple of times and trots over poles no bother. He is a lovely forward going active pony. He walk trots and canters nicely in the school and has a lovely jump. He comfortably jumps courses at home although has plenty of scope and has loose schooled 3'0. He has seen fillers and jumped a course of 2'0 at a clear round schooling evening. He hacks alone or in company, first or last and is good in open spaces. He hasn't been out and about much to events due to lack of a small rider and due to age. He is still quite green but very willing to learn and needs someone confident to help him reach his full potential. He would suit a pony club/hunting family that is willing to teach him the ropes and could suitable for all members of the family to ride from a confident young boy/girl to mum wanting to have fun or go for a hack. Looking for a forever loving home for this handsome chap. His name is Pinocchio. He is 11 yrs old. 14"3hh piebald gelding. He has been a riding school horse for the past 6yrs. He has previously completed X country, dressage & jumping. He has lovely high action, nice to ride. Very good in schooling environment, will hack alone and in company. Excellent to clip, shoe, box etc. Up to date with farrier, teeth etc. When he came to me 3 months ago, he was hard to catch and not good in a herd but since then is a completely different person. He is happy in a mixed herd, sound, growing his mane & coat back after being hogged and clipped out in October last year. Looking for a quieter life now. Previous injury to his front right hoof means he is no longer advised to jump.
