Dapple grey gelding, 4 years old, 13hh. He is broken to ride and drive. He is a very sweet natured pony. Excellent to catch, load, bath, farrier. Lives in or out in a mixed herd but has lived happily on his own. No stable vices. I would describe him as a little shy who looks to his handler for confidence but then he is only 4 years old! Grey tb gelding 15.3hh Aged 6, not raced Still green. Very loving and friendly. Good one to one horse. Listens well. Was ridden by my daughter age 14 to hack out alone along country lanes and was very well behaved. Kept barefoot has good feet. Doesn't like farrier but loves barefoot lady. Good to groom, comes to call lovely temperament. Horses are attached to each other so may need some settling in time. Daughter has been unwell and hasn't been able to ride for about a year. Now no longer wants to as has lost confidence. I have been caring for them and are kept at our home but now I want them to have homes where they are ridden and get more attention as I'm not horsey. Heartbreaking sale of this super sweet and special boy. For sale due to giving up riding to concentrate on driving. Tim is a fantastic boy, loves to be groomed and pampered and will stand all day. I have owned Tim for 2 and a half years, reviously he has hunted and done fun rides, pony club and riding club. With me he has mostly been out hacking all over the countryside, will hack alone and in company, go first or last. He's not keen on motorbikes but no problem in traffic. I've ridden him in open fields no problem, snaffle mouthed at all times. He loves to be long reined and I've taken him up all over. He's forward going but safe, but can be a bit lazy schooling. He would be a fantastic second horse, or suit a competent novice. Has a cracking jump on him, although I've never done more than logs out on hacks etc, I think he would excel at cross country or show jumping. Will turn out with mares and geldings, great to catch even in the biggest of fields. He's currently barefoot, and good for his farrier, has great feet and doesn't need to be shod, but has previously had shoes on. For Sale - Snowy 13hh Grey Gelding 14yrs. Snowy has been my daughters pride and joy for over 4 years, my 12yr old daughter is now 5.6" and Snowy is totally outgrown - it is now time for him to teach another little person the ropes. In the 4+ years we have had him, Snowy has taken part in all pony riding club activities, combined training, jumping, gymkhanas, riding club shows, numerous pony camps and unaffiliated dressage - They have won virtually every Prelim 7 that they have entered and always come away smiling. Snowy is a very kind pony and can always be trusted - he has been a true childminder. I have borrowed a tiny 5yr old child and taken some youtube videos which shows the tiny tot riding him totally by herself doing walk trot canter and last week jumping him around a clear round at Warren Farm - these videos have been taken to illustrate the fact that he has been given every opportunity to take the mickey but doesn't - the kind of pony that doesn't come along very often. I have also put videos of another little girl jumping him around a course to show him stepping up a gear, and another one of him doing flat work. The links are listed below. Snowy is 100 percent in all ways - but he can get a little strong so when jumping we put a slightly stronger bit in - he doesn't do anything - he just gets a tad strong and just needs a few strides extra to come back to trot (if that makes sense). He would never ever bolt buck rear nap etc - its just not in his nature. Snowy is all up to date with dentist, vaccinations etc and he will most definitely only be sold to a 10* home where he will be completely cared for and loved to bits.
