Gorgeous section A gelding for sale. He was bought as a first pony for my daughter, but I feel he would be better suited to an older child or a family that can give him one to one attention. Previously used as a lead rein and first ridden, but we have only used him on the lead. My 7 year old walks him around the yard and he is very sweet and will just follow her. He can be nervous around new people but he gets better the more time spent with him. He has successfully shown in his previous home. He would make an excellent second pony and I think an older child could have so much fun with him. Good on the roads, to travel, for farrier (is barefoot), and has a very sweet nature. No vices. Rupert is my daughter’s first pony and what a pony he is! He truly is 1 in a million. He has brought my daughter on from being a total beginner to the confident little rider she is today. He has been to all the local shows and always comes away with rosettes. He is excellent to box, shoe, clip, and is up to date with teeth, jabs and wormer. Rupert is a good all-rounder that excels in working hunter and open hunting. He loves hacking out either in a group or on his own, he will go first or last he really doesn’t bother, nothing fazes him at all as he is used to all farm working machinery. He has been a member of pony club so has done all pony club activities. I bought Spider with the intention of teaching my little boy to ride, however he just doesn't have the interest and feel he is too good of a pony to be wasted. Currently being ridden by my daughter and also is being used to teach my niece to ride. He is great to handle and loves being pampered. Absolutely loves jumping and never refuses a jump. Here we have my daughters 12hh stocky Welsh pony who is a gem to catch, clip, load, travel, with ALL traffic. Sadly he is only suitable as a happy hack. He doesn't like nor enjoy schooling and this is our reason for selling. He will jump lovely out hacking and will even jump out at little rallies BUT hates the sand school at home. Once in a blue moon he is fine but anymore and he become stubborn and will refuse to move!! Never has he put a foot wrong out hacking and that's the saddest thing. His manners are lovely and it's a heart breaking sale but my daughter would like to have lessons and can't always hack out. Bailey is a very honest and affectionate Welsh pony that I rescued 5 years ago. In that time he has become a very confident pony who enjoys being handled and ridden. He is good to lunge, handle, load, with farrier, with vet etc. He has predominately been used as a lead rein but has been introduced to work off the rein which he was quickly getting the hang of. He is 100% in traffic. Sadly, due to difficult family circumstances I don't have the time for Bailey or to bring him on. Bailey is a very confident and affectionate pony who is unfazed in traffic. He is good with the vet and farrier. He has never been difficult to load or handle. Previously when in work Bailey was handled by my three year old nephew. He has been used to lead both my daughter and nephew on the lead rein, however he has only been ridden several times on the lead rein with a child riding themselves. He has been introduced twice to work off the lead rein. He has very low mileage and will need bringing on.
