Hi, my partner and I are looking to buy a male miniature dachshund. We have just moved into our new home and it would be an amazing addition. We aren't picky on colours but I do prefer the black and tan, I am at home all day to care for a puppy and we have plenty of room. I have looking high and low in the Essex area to purchase one, we are quite happy to travel to view/ buy.

Loving home offered for a dachshund needing rehomed

I am looking for a new addition to my parents family of dachshunds. They have currently adopted three that for different reasons needed a new forever home. The first was Darcy a little Black and Tan bundle of joy who although a nervous little mouse when she arrived has came on fantastically. The second was honey a ex breeding dog who had found a loving home but unfortunately her new owners were taking ill. She's fitted in lovely with Darcy and they became fast friends. The last member of the group is little Cinders who was supposed to be a breeding dog but unfortunately her jaw was out of alinement and they didn't want her anymore. She's really is a little live wire and so cute and they all just love to curl up on the settee on a night time. Due to no fault of, he's own, we must rehome our little charm! He's our family pet, very loving great with people children and other dogs/ cats, he loves walks, cuddles and being pampered - he's a lovely example of the breed. He is an intelligent and super curious boy. He loves hot showers and snuggles under the blanket in front of the telly. He has never chewed or damaged anything in the house. He is fully vaccinated microchipped flea and wormed treated to date, he will come with his pedigree paper. WANTED: A loving dog for a very loving home

I am looking for a small to medium dog, between the ages of 2 and 9. Ideally must be non molting, for the right breed its not a problem. Needs to be 100% house trained, doesn't suffer separation anxiety, doesn't chew. I would prefer the dog to get on with other dogs and be a gentle calm nature and not show aggression and not be strong on the lead. The sort of breeds I am ideally looking for is: Lhasa Aposa, Shitzu, pug, french bull dog, Dashund, Highland Westies, Jackapoos, etc. I do not mind a cross. Must be up to date with injections and be neutered or spayed. May sound like a lot, but I have had I live in a rented house so unable to have a puppy. I am at home most of the day, so the dog will get plenty of love, fuss and attention. I live in a lovely dpg friendly village in Brough, so plenty of country walks and dog friendly pubs. Read More
