Set within filigree/Gurtler work,very Art Nouveau in design with Leaves and scroll work.With Pale Mauve claw set accent stones. Created by hand.Antique Czech Brooch,captured in all its colourful glory in the Autumn sunlight in the video provided.The Golden tone metal is likely Tombac,and beautifully preserved.Intricate filigree Gurtler work houses the Czech stones.The reverse is equally pretty.A simple rivet hinge holds the pin and the 'c' clasp/hook dates it to circa .The large centre stones are unfoiled to let the light flood through.The smaller stones are foiled,and are all claw set. Tombac was a copper and zinc-based alloy,very malleable and workable and was used in Bohemian jewellery making.   Antique Full Size Bohemian Violin

Here is a lovely antique violin made by Max Berger, dated to . There is a handwritten label inside saying 'Max Berger, Fleissen ' my henley's dictionary description of this luthier is included with the photographs. This violin has been professionally repaired with cracks fully stabilised (see photos) and is a fine example of a quality bohemian instrument with a lovely sweet tone and deep lower register. It has a new case but no bow. A very high quality instrument that will now be playable for many more years. Any questions please ask before auction end.
