It has a full Shimano 105 set plus a rear and front derailleur from Ultregra. Shimano 105 brakes Shimano 105 cassette 11 speed Mavic Aksium Wheels 60 Frame size. I'm 6'1 fits me perfectly (Cube has a bit smaller size of frames normally I ride 58) It's very light under 9 kilo at the same time very stiff. Shifters work smoothly as butter.
