MTB Cube Attention large 29er bicycle with lots of extras! £339

This is my large 29er and I'm a 6'3" guy so this is a perfect size bike for tall people. My friend who's a designer recommended me this brand and I really like the design too. Bike in overall good condition, not excellent though(read cons) So I left all improvements to compensate. The bike comes with some nice extras, visible in the photo: -perfectly matching red ODI grips -flashlight in front(very strong, detachable and looks like a regular flashlight) -small front and back LEDs -dual action pump -holder for phone - adjustable and no problems with large iPhone Plus or Galaxy Note -triangle pouch -upgraded rear gear Shadow+ which adds more tension -Topeak Panobike cadence and speed sensor, requires app and connects through Bluetooth or ANT(not sure if it still works) -that's roughly £120 worth of upgrades, £121 if there was water in the bottle Cons: -rear gear requires regulation because it's not always correctly shifting -seat regulation handle is broken off, so regulating seat height is not so easy -overall condition is OK -rear brake feels slightly soft so may need liquid changing, works fine though I'm moving out from my place and selling all my stuff hence the price with all upgrades is so attractive! The bike is 3 years old, with one owner (me) and in excellent condition. Giant's own cycle size chart for the 29er accommodates a rider's height range of 5ft 4ins to 5ft 8ins or 1.62m to 1.72m. I've not ridden it that much over the years because I live in a very hilly area and needed more of a hybrid bike. I had it serviced a couple of years ago. I'm selling it with a pump, a kit pouch comprising 2 gas cylinders for quick inflation (should you get a flat), a 3-pack of Schwalbe tyre levers, a bell on the handlebar, plus front and rear reflectors. My photos show the bike sporting narrower tyres than the originals, as I swapped them for something more suitable to the road. However, I still have the original, knobbly pair of Schwalbe Rapid Rob MTB tyres and their attendant tubes. I also swapped the saddle to a more comfortable gel one, but still have the original.
