Excellent condition..!! Very expensive when new as full grade 1 leather..! Land of Leather Solid wooden framed butter soft leather sofa and 2 swivel reclining rocking chairs. This is a gorgeous 3 seater sofa and chair set in creamy beige butter soft leather, high button backed sofa and chair. Cleaned regularly with leather care. No rips tears or any damage..! Sofa very rarely even sat upon..! Sofa:- 3 seater in fab condition, high back with solid oak inserts on sides (see photograph for details). Chairs:- high back solidly built with both a swivel and rocking action and manual fully recline option. 1st chair has been hardly used so is in excellent condition, 2nd Chair is in great condition but would benefit from an application of cream leather restore or saddle soap wash on side of seat (See photographs for this area of slight wear on one side of seat).
