10ft square includes a 3ft in depth veranda. Double doors to the front elevation and single side hung casement windows either side of the doors. We can dismantle it if you would prefer, but it will need to be collected. Unsure how easy it will be to erect again. There is a rotten floorboard on the external floor to the veranda and the hardboard panels internally are a little warped however generally it is sound especially considering it is over 15 years old!
