Adult female anery corn snake & set up ideal first snake

Ideal first snake! Adult female anery corn snake. Very laid back, no aggression. Had her for around 3.5 years- just over 4 years old approx In that time never ever had ANY issues with her, always eats, sheds and poops perfectly. I am attached to her- so want to find her a good home where she will stay! We keep several snakes and she is the snake we get out for children and people nervous of snakes to handle. Selling as just don't give her enough time and cutting down due to lack of time. Don't want her going to be used solely for breeding every year- at around 6 months old she laid a clutch of eggs as her previous owner kept her with a male, so she took a while to get upto a decent weight, but is perfectly healthy! SheCan be sold on her own for £ Or purchase her with FULL set up- good quality vivarium, thermostat, ceramic heat lamp, light, hide, bowl etc (plus the snake) for £ (We have spent around £150 on her and the set up, so selling at half the price but everything in good condition.) Female Corn Snake roughly around 4 - 5 years old (bought from previous owner) comes with everything she needs. Sadly I cannot keep her as I am moving out and pets are not accepted. Needs a good loving home with someone who is experienced with reptiles(preferably) but someone who has done their research on care for snakes are also welcome. One of the air vents may need replacing due to wear. Comes with everything, exo-terra water bowl, bed, cave and thermometer. Also comes with heat pads, and light(in need of a new bulb, preferably a heat bulb during winter).
