Renault Master Horsebox Stalled for two horses facing the rear can carry horses up to 16.2hh This P reg Renault horsebox has been extremely well converted by the well known horsebox company Marlborough. It has thick rubber flooring throughout and a lockable tack compartment which can hold two saddles and bridles plus some extra riding attire. There is a large area at the rear of the vehicle and space above the cab for any other items you wish to store, this area also houses the spare tire. The ramp is easy and light to lift. I am only 5'1 and able to open and close it by myself. It has a high solid partition which can be moved around should you need to extend/minimise the horse area. There is a light on the horse area and a small jockey hole to climb from the horse area to the tack area. The cab is clean and the vehicle is easy to drive. Being only 3.5t you can drive this horsebox on a car licence. I have recently had new brakes and pads all-round, a service including oil change, tyres and headlights re chromed as this is what it failed on the mot. All the jobs apart from the small amount welding has been done. The welding that needs doing for mot is a small area just by the water container under the bonnet area. Very easy to do. I just can't weld. Unfortunately during the time it has been sat under my mechanics nose he has lost the keys to lock the vehicle!! I do have the key to start and run the vehicle but the door lock will need changing. This is a great small horsebox which can carry a large horse and you can drive it without taking a lorry licence. Im selling this horsebox as I purchased it for transporting my gelding around but unfortunately has passed away and I no longer require a horsebox and to see it sat here brakes my heart so I've decided to sell it. We are non smokers and no pets, and eventhough we've been to a lot of places in the van, it is in great condition inside. The roof window, side window and sink i bought new from a campervan supplies store, (I have receipts) and the rest of the inside I bought new from a diy store and made myself, all in good condition. The bed is a memory foam thin mattress with washable cover, very good condition. It has good tyres, and one brand new. Just bought it so it's all great for our trip to Scotland in June/July. So, nice and new for you too!! CD Player and radio, air conditioning, on board computer that tells you mileage, mpg, distance left until you need to refuel, electric mirrors, central locking, done miles with plenty more to go! MOT till Jan . We've been to Spain, Southern France, Germany, up to Scandinavia, (even the arctic circle!) last year. This year, we went through France, all around the Mediterranean coast of Spain, to Portugal, rambled up and around the hills in northern Portugal, and the top coast of Spain. 3 seats at the front, has leisure battery, led lights in the back, solar panel, sink with fold down tap and electric water pump, gas cooker with gas bottle, fold down table, lots of storage space, wardrobe space, pull out double bed, roof window with fly screen, side window with blind and fly screen, water storage, laminate floor.
