Due to an extension our beautiful 4m x 4.5m conservatory must go. It is in excellent condition and is still in position so anyone interested can see it in situ if desired. There are cream venetian blinds made to measure on all windows and patio doors and oak effect laminate flooring included in the sale. The purchaser must arrange for the conservatory to be dismantled and removed at their own cost and this will help them to label the sections in their own manner and have a better understanding of its re-assembly. The conservatory can come down any time during the last 2 weeks of September. Please note the conservatory brick wall is not included as this will need to be broken up. K2 Victorian Conservatory 4.4m x 3.3m. Already dismantled

There are very good videos on YouTube for erecting this style conservatory by Craig Mason. The conservatory is 4.4m x 3.3m max. See the plans in photos for full details. It is fully glazed including the roof and comes with full blinds made by Thomas Sanderson. The doors have Yale locks. This is a K2 conservatory and any spares required are available from various online stores including conservatoryparts. One piece of glass has a small amount of condensation but all others are in good condition. The door hinges have chips on the paint but they are galvanised so no rust, these can easily be repainted. The end caps are missing from the window sills, these are available online. As far as I am aware these are the only faults to what is a lovely conservatory, we are only selling to make room for an extension. There are some spare guttering clips included in the sale. Dismantled 3.1m x 2.3m conservatory, needs to go ASAP.

I need to reuse/recycle our old Conservatory. I took it apart as carefully as I possible could and it at present is in storage. I have everything down to the insulation and the laminate flooring, but just not all the screws (as some broke). It is 3.1m x 2.3m, has a metal frame it sits on so you don't have to lay a full slab. The dwarf walls are prefabricated metal boxes with brick tiles. And I also still have all the instructions on how to put it up. Would be perfect for someone who like we did wanted a bit more space without a big layout or for the double glazed units if anyone was thinking about building a brick shed etc. Its free, Just needs picking up.
