There is a patch of damp at the bottom of one wall where a pile of earth was leant against it. This would be easy to put right. It has a good strong floor. Large timber sectional garage/shed, as shown in pics it's in fairly good condition but does need a bit of repair work in places, i.e. A few lower boards on panels where starting to rot a little! It measures 3m wide and 7.6m long, just over 8m in total as there is a small overhang above front double doors! Glass windows down the left side only and a left rear door at the end which leads into a room separated internally! At the mo it's built on a concrete base so no floor is included, ideally buyer to dismantle and take away! The roof definantly need new felt and also needs repairing on the corner where I had to cut it through as I needed the height for access as it sits too close to my property! But easily repairable! 16ftx8ft Workshop/shed

Here's my recently built workshop due to me and my partner moving into a new place with a garden half the size this has to go. Its 16ft long,8ft wide,2.3metres high. It's made from 12mm loglap cladding. Currently has no doors as was gunna fit a garage door but due to us recently finding out we are moving I never fitted one. I do had some 3x2 timbers and around 10 lengths of log loglap left @4.2m. It has ply floor but can easily b just concrete if wanted. It's all been treated with 4 coats applied. Do have a log burner to go with it if wanted only used it once. (Will need fitting) I've spent close to £ on this due to us needing it gone il take £ Ono. Will need collecting and dismantling.
