Alas! This breaks my heart to say, I would like to rehome my pal for the past year and a half, Ned. He is a cute African pygmy hedgehog with the most loving and caring heart (at least when it's not bath time haha). He has had regular checkups (1 each year, due one this November). He is 1year, 8 months old, and was received in November on my birthday. Unfortunately, I can no longer take care of and spend as much time as I would like with him. I'm due to move abroad and also don't want to put him through the whole travelling on a long flight. Ned has been a joy to look after and hopefully, he will find a good home to go to. I've decided to sell Blizzard, my male African Pygmy Hedgehog, along with his entire set up for £200. He alone cost me £200 just a few months ago and then obviously his set up was more on top. But I just feel I'm taking on to much at the moment with having a 6 month old and all the bunnies and could do with cutting down abit. He's in a big, indoor rabbit cage so has alot of room to move about. Hes only 6 months old.. so is still a baby really. He's super friendly - loves being handled and being out of his cage. He always comes over when you feed him. He's use to cats, dogs and normal household noises - so you can hoover etc around him without any worry of scaring him. Pygmy hedgehogs are completely different to wild hedgehogs - they stay really small, they cannot be kept outside, they don't hibernate etc Happy to send any information about how to look after one if needed.
