Hello, my name is Molly. I am 19 years old and live in the Thetford, Swaffham area of Norfolk. I am looking for someone who is experienced and knowledgable about competitions to compete with me next competition season. I myself have never entered a competition and lack the confidence to go by myself. I am currently working as a stud hand so my time is limited to certain days. I am loaning a 17.3hh hunter who too has not done competitions. So we are novices together, but he is a gentlemen and is willing. I am a competent rider from an equine background and an eager learner. Due to my job and having to pin down thoroughbred foals,yearlings,horses out of training and mares for farrier,weaning,vet checks and coverings etc I have complete confidence in handling horses, but because of my job it has led myself out of the saddle and onto the lead rein. I am looking for a gelding between 15.3hh and 16.3hh, 5 to 11 years old. I am a competent but nervous rider, so would like a riding club horse with scope for Novice level eventing. He must be safe and sensible, but also have ability. Essential can hack alone and in company. But will require sole hacking at times, so a must to be able to go out alone. Ideally no vices, but if perfect in every other way, i.e. rideable and safe, am open minded to minor issues. Will be subject to a full 5 stage vetting. In return I’ll provide a 5* home, with full stabling facility, to be kept in over winter, membership of a local riding club, so regular exercised, with access to plentiful hacking in the country. My horses are pets, they are cherished members of my animal family, and want for nothing, are always fully insured and receive full veterinary care when and if required (I have 2 vets in the family). I am looking for a forever companion to grow my confidence with and on have some fun at a competitive level.
