It has single beds with memory foam mattresses (no more climbing over each other in the night as you find with fixed beds.It has a spacious L shaped front lounge with lots of usable seating space which converts into a good sized double bed.It has a large end bathroom with a large separate moulded shower cubicle, vanity sink and toilet and wardrobe. Full size gas cooker with oven and grill. Built in microwave and full size silver fridge freezer (3 way Gas,battery and mains electric) Heating is electric or gas blown air with a convector heater. factory fitted alarm system on all four legs and passive motion sensor inside the van(alarm system will make caravan insurance much cheaper) Built in CD player with 4 speakers 2 at front 2 at rear of van. It comes with blacked out windows for privacy(you can see out of the van but passers by cannot see in) Built in water tank. It is fitted with Powrwheel quad motor movers one on each wheel (these are now over £ fitted) External gas BBQ point. It has just been fitted with an heavy duty jockey wheel and new 110 amp leisure battery. It is in excellent condition inside and out and will make a fantastic seasonal tourer. The caravan is currently sited on a large hardstanding in my back garden behind secure gates. If the buyer requires this I am happy to store the van securely until it is taken to its new location. Needs a revamp (new side window needed. Just needs a clean up. Side Windows have leaked but all dry now. Needs new skylights but we've just perspexed over and they're fine. Comes with cooker grill fridge and was told all working when we bought it. It does need work but I'd say £150 and it'll be good to go. Breaks, lights and tyres all good.
