It is with a very heavy heart that we are offering our 11.2 Welsh section A as a companion pony due to finding out that she has a poorly heart and can no longer be put under pressure when ridden off the lead rein. Betsy is only 8 years old and both my 6 year old daughter and son have had her for 2 years taking her from lead rein to first ridden but sadly we have been told on a routine vet visit that the reason she is not going forward with ease when cantering and jumping is because of her heart. She is a lovely little mare and we would dearly like to find her a 5* home where she could live out the rest of her days maybe even doing a few handy pony classes (which she loves) as she is good at being handled by children. I bought Vinnie last year as an unbroken 7 year old, as a project for the summer to back and bring on. Unfortunately, he turned out to be a bigger project than I anticipated and I've spent the last year working with him to build his trust and confidence in people. He was extremely scared when I got him and couldn't get near him. Now he loves a bit of love and a good scratch. He's perfect to work with in the ground and never bites or kicks. Vinnie is a sensitive soul so needs someone who's going to be patient with him. He's still unbroken, and is currently with Alexander Peternell for backing. However, he is not taking to it and Alex predicts it may not be for him. I'm therefore selling him as a show pony or companion only. this is my sweet little blue, his is older than most but please dont let that put you off as this little fella does not act it at all, he 23 years young, he does how ever have a little arthritis in his legs which is ok as long as he isnt left out over the winter, a little devils claw does the trick if he gets a little stiff, other wise a happy go lucky pony will come with rugs, he loads good with farrier in and out of stable, he is free to a 5* home which will be vetted, all i ask is a donation for the welsh horse and pony rehoming charity as he was a rescue him self, he is passported but not chipped, ive put him as a mountain and moreland but passport says he is an spot, not sure where they got that from but that is what it says, this is hard for me but i just can not keep him any more due to ill health, so if you could offer by boy a forever home please contact me please no time wasters

Perfect Event/Show Jump/Pony Club Pony in Chathill

Casper is a 14 year old grey gelding with a LHC of cm. He is safe and genuine in every way and would be suitable for a child (approx 12 years) wanting to start competing in BE eventing or BS showjumping or a small adult for BE/Riding Club. Until last year when my daughter became too old for Juniors, he jumped up to Newcomers and has 265 points therefore still eligible for Discovery classes. 13hh stunning show pony / project riding pony

An exceptional 13hh show pony for sale due to lack of interest from my daughter chatty is a cracking pony I had her broken early this year and my daughter has rode her also started off lead rein and was fab. 12'2 bay mare 7yo show pony / child's fun pony in Romsey

Stunning 7 year old bay mare. Welsh C X New Forest. Super little pony who will excel in any sphere. Centurion Arian (Blue) - Top Class 132cm, 9YO, Grey roan, British Riding Pony registered with the BSPS HOYS potential, been placed in every class entered, not phased out at shows and is a real head turner. Cusop Bloodlines and the movement to prove it with 3 flashy flowing paces and works in a beautiful outline. Snaffle mouthed at all times and is never strong, needs no working down before riding. Brilliant to hack in company, perfect in open spaces and great with traffic. Hasn't been out much on his own but has been good as gold the few times he has, has been hacked on his own around the yard with no issues in just his head collar and is regularly ridden when being turned out or brought in. Has a scopey, careful jump so could make a fabulous PC or SJ pony and works happily with other horses whether he knows them or not. Has recently completed an 8 mile charity ride and handy pony round with energy left to spare! The ride included water, XC steps, XC jumps and lots of canters and gallops and was excellent the whole way round. Wasn't worried by anything in the handy pony course either. Also has been XC schooling, jumping a variety of jumps including steps, ditches and water. At his two most recent shows we have tried our hand at mounted games, coming 1st both times and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Has been ridden by a variety of abilities including a complete novice, however would best suit an intermediate or experienced rider in a competitive home looking to go out and win! Great to trim, clip, box, load, catch e.t.c. and easy to do in all ways, is often mucked out whilst still in the stable! Currently barefoot with good solid hooves. Blue has a lovely temperament and loves children. Regularly travels, alone or with another horse. Can live out or in, currently lives out in the summer and in in the winter.
