WANTED companion for my lovely husky!!

Hello! We are a young couple in Middlesbrough seeking a companion for our 1 year old male Husky. He is a lovely boy, neutered, loves other dogs, but he suffers from separation anxiety so he desperately needs a companion to keep him company. me and my partner are only out the house for a few hours a day, not even every day of the week but our dog freaks out and howls, jumps on the dining table, tries to open the front door, has panic attacks etc.. He is on anxiety medication and our vet has suggested we get him a friend as huskies are pack animals and thrive on companionship.
