We are presently working with an employer who is opening a bar /restaurant in the Rutherglen area. As part of the opening they are looking to employ 9 full-time staff. This would be broken down into 3 bar staff, 3 waiting staff and 3 kitchen staff. The hours of work would be 45 hours per week spread, 5 days out of 7 The employer is looking for staff that are outgoing, bright, enthusiastic who have a positive attitude and fluent in English. One of the skills they are looking for is someone who has excellent I.T.skills with a understanding of web design, facebook and twitter.Car ownership would be also be a positive. The employer is looking for personal licence holder, hygiene certificates and first aid certificate. The successful candidates will complete a 3 week training placement at the premises so they can familiarise themselves with the job role, receive some training and see how everyone works in a team setting.When complete clients will offer employment based on their performance on placement. In return the employer offers a wage that is above the hourly minimum wage rate for each age group plus a bonus on any profits generated.
