15hh 4 1/2 year old grey mare. Registered with Welsh Pony and Cob Society as a part bred. Reina (queen in Spanish) is my absolute pride and joy but due to unexpected circumstances I am having to put her up for sale.. I bought her as a two year old. She was lightly backed at 3 and turned away for winter. In April this year she surprised me by producing a beautiful Colt foal after my Welsh Sec C stallion managed to get in her field.. I didn't think he would have reached to be honest. She was a wonderful mother and has been brought back into work this autumn/winter and is now hacking out beautifully alone or in company. A very sad sale of my welsh sec D mare Tia she is approx 15.1 and still growing She is bay in colour with a white stripe She is rising 4 and ready for breaking but will not need much work to have her riding out. She is good to rug, farrier, worm, will stand all day to be groomed and loves a fuss. She has fantastic blood lines as her passport shows. Good with other horses and not at all fazed by traffic, cars, tractors, lorrys etc she has seen it all. 14hh 7 year old Welsh section D x cob mare. Beautiful nature, very easy to do. Good for farrier, to load, groom etc. Lives out with shelter, very good doer. Busby is unbroken - she came to me in September as a companion for my gelding. Previous owner sent her away for backing but she showed discomfort under saddle so they decided to rehome her as a companion without investigating the problem. I had a Chiropractor out who found she had a stiff pelvis and thought it may have stiffened after she has a foal aged 4. She had treatment and looks much more free through her pelvis now so I see no reason why she shouldn't be backed to ride or drive by somebody using patience and kindness. She really is the sweetest mare, such a lovely nature. I have a very beautiful14.2 welsh sec d chestnut mare for sale. This has been a really hard decision to make! Trixie is 5 1/2 years old so is a little green with schooling but not silly! She is starting to jump nicely showing a lot of interest. Hacks out alone or in company but does prefer to have company.
