Super happy hacker cob mare

Little miss April April is a 13.3h 9yo compact leg at each corner cob mare. She currently a ‘happy hack’ ridden by a 5ft6 adult and is 100% in all traffic, farm machinery on the yard, bikes, children with footballs, loose dogs etc. She has been mainly ridden alone but doesn't hot up in company or in open fields, she is much more woah than go! But that said she is still responsive to the leg not a kick kick sort. April has no vices and has a loving and inquisitive personality, although can get a bit anxious when left on the yard sometimes. She is good to groom, clip, catch, box, tack up etc and is good to handle on the ground. Tilly is approx 11 years old, she is 13.3hh and will carry up to 11 stone. She will happily carry a novice rider on hacks and be safe and responsive and not bat at eye at anything. She was broken in with a headcollar and is ridden out alone or in company in a sidepull. She has had time off to have a foal and will naturally need her confidence built again when being brought back into work. She has had a harness on and pulled a block and it didn't bother her so would probably make a nice driving pony. She has great hooves and is currently barefoot. This is Polly, she is microchipped, passported, up to date with teeth and feet. Not vaccinated, very laid back gentle mare. Doesnt act mareish at all. I had her rebacked and i had regular lessons on her until the end of october...i had lost my confidence but really wanted to ride again, but the idea of riding was better than actually riding. Since October Polly has been ridden...by experienced riders who say she is very honest, she is lacking in confidence so needs you to hold her hand so to speak, she is forward going but never nasty, she has brakes and is ridden in a snaffle. She has never spoooked with me, she just snorts! if she is out in company of other horses she is totally relaxed. On her own she looks around for monsters but doesnt do anything. She can be hard to catch but with time she gets better, i think she has been ill treated as if you have a lead rope you'll never catch her...i just take a headcollar and food! other times she'll just stand and let you catch her no bother. Striking Coloured Cob - Fantastic Happy Hack/Project

14.1 Dun & White fine built cob. Excellent manners on the ground. Has completed 2 common ridings. Same home for 4 years unfortunately it's time Fred found a new forever home. Ideally suited to someone who is looking for a companion to Happy hack and enjoy each other's company. Newly shod 1 week ago. Hogged for ease of no plaiting. Enjoys being in a stable and being out. Travels beautifully and ties up next to a trailer no problem. He is not for a novice as with all horses can spook but 95% of the time is great. Fantastic with all types of traffic. Very sad sale of a much loved family pony due to no regular jockey. 14.2hh very quiet weight carrying cob, 13 years old, barefoot, unrugged all year as she grows the thickest coat during winter, lives in or out, she is out at the moment as we have no spare stable. This mare has lovely manners and will suit confident novice or mother daughter share, she takes her confidence from you and is always willing to please and a very quick learner. I have had intelligent horsemanship lessons with her from which we both benefited. 15'2hh, welsh D available for 2 day a week share from the start of December. Ive owned him 12 years and at 21 years old I have made the decision that he is to semi-retire to just hacking... He still has plenty of life and is not a donkey, he really loves his hacking. He is great in traffic and is a safe, fun ride and no where near ready to become a field ornament. Suitable for someone who wants to spend some nice quality time pampering him and riding out on the common having some nice trots and canters but crazy racers and joy riders need not apply. Sadly for sale due to lack of time due to other horses. Simon is for sale to a 10* home! He's 12 yo and 16.2. He is an ex racer but been out of racing 5 years and you would never believe he's actually raced as he's that quiet. He's like a cob in a tb's body haha. He's for sale as a light hacking horse due to he got a injury on his back leg which ended his racing career which mean there always fluid in his back hock. He's better living out as when he's stables he gets stiff on it (walks it off after a few steps tho!) I currently stable him at night though.
