Due to move we are selling our beautiful and extremely comfortable 3 piece suit. This includes 3/4 seater sofa, 2/3 seater smaller sofa and also an armchair All of these have feather filled back cushions and solid seating cushions, to ensure best comfort. The condition is very good in my opinion. There is no damage to the scatter cushions or the actual sofas or the armchair or any of the fabric. There may be a little fading on some of the seat fabric, but nothing too obvious, and I am being a little too honest here to be fair. You would probably not really notice it. These come from a pet free and smoke free home. These were purchased from furniture village, where these starting between £2K to £3K per sofa, so grab yourself a bargain at the set price for all of the three items. Consisting: 1 x medium sofa: Width: 235 cm Depth: 110 cm Height: 90 cm Seat height: 46 cm 2 x small sofas: Width: 198 cm Depth: 110 cm Height: 90 cm Seat height: 46 cm The pictures show the 'small', 'medium' and second 'small' sofas and finally a small sofa without cushions showing the 45 degree back corners, ideal for locating in a bay or an alcove. Although described as 'small' and 'medium', the 'small' can sit three adults (two very comfortably) and the 'medium' four (three very comfortably). The small sofas have three large back cushions, the medium four. Each sofa has a further two smaller side cushions. The fabrics for both the covers and cushions are 'Grade/Range M' (100% cotton) and in generally good condition albeit some fading due to washing and some sun bleaching effect. Being removable covers, they are easily machine washable and could also be dyed to match a personal colour choice. The two small sofas and covers are in very good condition overall having little relative use but the medium sofa cushion covers are showing some signs of wear. Viewing is strongly recommended. From a smoke free home but we must admit to owning a cat! These sofas are a two-man lift to manoeuvre and will require a large van or trailer to transport.
