9 month year old cockerel with coop (only 6 months use!). I happy, friendly, cuddly cockerel raise from a 12 week year old chick that likes nothing more than a good sunbath when possible. A loved family pet but unfortunately we were expecting a hen.:(We live in an urban area so his morning calls (although no complaints from neighbours yet) are not ideal which is the reason for sale. The coop originally cost £140 but selling cheap for a quick sale. Can be easily taken apart and rebuilt of necessary with a screwdriver. unforeseen circumstances we are selling our beloved pets. We have 2 bantam hens 16 weeks old the 2 white ones in the pictures. i have 1 bantam cockerel he is 16 weeks old too he's the white with most black and i also have a black blue ish coloured hen she is 2 and a half years old. 1 Buff Orpington Bantam approx 2 years old and 1 Red hen (ex battery) approx 5 years old. Both lovely hens who have been roaming my garden with my 2 young kids for the last 2 years. Unlike hybrids, these girls will not ruin your garden and are very content exploring the lawn and borders for treats. They do not have feathers, more like soft fur and for that reason prefer not to get too wet - they lay delicious eggs, smaller than shop eggs - and so tasty! They are quite tame and like to be picked up and stroked.
