My back and leg is really bad again and I have had to make the heartbreaking decision to sell my cob Bill. Hi is a piebald 14.2. He was originally rescued from a slaughterhouse and the lady that got him brought him on beautifully. We got him 5 years ago and he is now 9.He is an absolute darling and has been ridden while with us and was brilliant. And he can jump! But due to my back problems hasnt been ridden much for the past 2 years and I was hoping to bring him back into work but it is not going to be possible. I want to make sure he goes to a permanent loving home where he can be used to his potential and ride out again. He will need bringing back into work but it shouldnt be much trouble. My young grandchildren had lead rein rides on him last year and he was so gentle with them. He is good with the farrier and loading and travelling. We brought him originally from Surrey. It is going to break my heart to see him go but I have now had to make the heart wrenching decision We are in Newton Abbot and he is with our Shetlands on the edge of Dartmoor. He can come with all his tack and rugs etc. if required at extra cost

12'2 Dartmoor Mare in Newton Abbot

Holly 12'2 coloured Dartmoor mare. She is 11 at the end of April. We have owned Holly for 9 years, so this is a very difficult decision to make. She is a cheeky character but very lovable. She is definitely the boss in the field. My six year old son can lead her in and out of field. She has been mostly used as a lead rein pony for my two sons who really aren't interested in horses! She has been to several local shows and always comes home with rosettes. My six year has started riding her off the lead rein but only in walk. She will follow u around and goes over jumps. We have not found her true potential due to the lack of interest of my children, but she has a lovely trot. She has been hacked out on and off the lead rein and is great in traffic. She is good for farrier, clip, loading, grooming etc. She has no vices. She is available with cub saddle, bridle rugs. Home is far more important than price.
