16.2 clydesdale x tb

Grace is a 16.2 clydesdale x tb gentle giant. She is good to do in all ways, shoe, clip, load and travel etc. She is good in the field not a bossy mare at all, grace is also good to take to the field and good to catch comes when shouted. Grace is loved by everyone at my yard she is the sweetest mare I know, she is full of manners on the ground and in the stable just a all round kind mare. At shows grace alway gets heads turning to look at her, always comes out of classes with ribbons so far she has only done inhand and the 65 to 85 jumping classes. Grace is quite green at the minute as not been in much work whilst I've been pregnant, she is good to ride and needs an experienced rider, would not be a suitable for a first horse. Grace like any horse can thow the odd tantrum every now and then, they are not nasty ones at all and they are certainly not dangerous, it's more excitement than anything. Nothing fazes her at all, not lorries, tractors, busses or bikes not even inconsiderate drivers. She is good on the roads In lite and heavy traffic at traffic lights and roundabouts. Absolutely everything comes with this mare from all her tack to the feed bins. This is a very sad sale as she is my baby girl I named her and I'm the only owner in her passport the reason I'm selling her is because I have just had a little boy and it is hard for me and she is just wasting away. 15.3 welsh x clydesdale mare

Lovely 15.3 welsh x clydesdale mare 6 year old for sale due to no fault of her own. Snaffle mouth. Mia is Bombproof in the heaviest of traffic schools nicely but needs more work. Will hack out alone and in company however can nap leaving her friends but nothing that cant be fixed. No novices as shes still a youngster, suitable for a confident teen thats looking for something fun but who will also bring out the best in her. She has Happily popped a jump upto 1m but does need more confidence. No stable vices, used to farm machinery and dogs around her feet. Clydesdale x shire mare, heavy horse, weight carrier

Clydesdale x shire mare, 6 years old, only recently haltered and started handling, 17.1hh or so, she now leads, ties up, loads and catches with a bucket(some days I dont need a bucket), she needs more time spent doing the basics, we have had her feet up but until she is lifting daily I feel this is a not progressing as fast as it could, she is kind natured but genuinely green and big! if you are nervous or novice please do not contact me as you will not be offered her, she will thrive in a routine with a knowledgeable and experienced person who understands the requirements of an unhandled horse of this size. She has been in a herd environment which is not ideal as it means she gets less one to one and the others are all super petted and squish her out the way. She will make a fantastic riding type, big leggy type of heavy, passported and wormed and now fed a little hard feed each morning, she is also still living out. 15'3 Gelderlander x TB mare

Luna is a 7 year old mare that unfortunately I feel would be better of with someone that has a lot more time for her. I brought Luna 1 year ago as a project horse, she is now working nicely in walk and trot but still very unbalanced in the canter. Luna is very good to lunge, long rain and loose school, and has jumped up to 160cm loose schooling, but I have never ridden her over a jump. Luna is 100% out hacking, not attal fussed about busses, machinery, or tractors. Luna prefers hacking out with others and is more confident following but will go in front if asked. Luna currently lives out and brought in at night through the harsh winter nights, she can become stressed if horses are turned out around her whilst she is in so would be best stabled next to another horse if you wished to stable her. Although I'm sure she would prefer to be out 24/7 with appropriate rugs and field mates. Luna is very safe when your on her back, she has never bucked, reared, bolted, or been strong. She is very responsive to the leg and has amazing breaks! Although out hacking she is brilliant, and also good in the field, she is very green in the school, for this reason she is not being sold as a novice ride but as a project horse. Luna has been out of work for 2 months due her saddle not fitting anymore but has been kept ticking over with ground work. Luna is a little mareish, she will pull faces but has never done anything from this, she is unsure on men until she gets to know them. Our farrier is male and she is as good as gold with him. She is currently bare foot but has previously had fronts. She doesn't stand still for long when mounting from a block so I get on from the ground with someone holding the opposite stirrup. She only steps sideways from the block, so it's something that can be trained. She can be nervous with new situations like most horses and lacks confidence of her own, but with a calm patient handler she happily do anything. Luna loves her work and loves learning and I feel she would benefit from being worked with more than twice a week (which is all I can offer) she needs your full commitment and needs to be your number 1 priority! Luna is registered with newnham court and is on their top health plan, she is brilliant for the vet, up to date with injections and worming. Confident experienced home wanted where she will be turned out with others, loved, spoilt, and can further her training! Amazing potential in the right hands! Questions welcome, I know everyone says it, but this is a very sad sale, I feel like I'm failing her as I know she can do a lot better with someone that can give her the time she needs! Read More
