As with all life sustaining equipment you should ensure the unit is inspected by a suitably qualified person prior to use. By purchasing this item you are confirming that you are suitably experienced to use a closed circuit rebreather or that you will obtain training prior to using it. Now that's done - I'm gutted to see it go, it has been faultless and provided some wonderful experiences over the past few years. Unfortunately (for me!) my partner and son have started diving and I can't justify running 4 full sets of kit plus service costs etc. and there is little point in me diving CCR when they are using single 12s!
