TP explorer climbing frame. Has platform, den, slide and slide extension. Mostly dimantled (top part of frame left). The den is in need of a good scrub as it has been underneath our palm tree and has pollen on it. The plastic window has perished but does not affect play. This is collect only, no delivery, from Canvey Island. The slide is 307cm long. You will need a small mallet to tap apart the top poles and an Allen key. We can help to finish dismantling and load. TP Wooden Climbing Frame with Swings and Slide

TP play equipment, as seen in photos. Now dismantled, in the main all wood good and solid, some green so might want to scrub up a bit but not terrible. One pole of the A frame is a bit rotten on base (see photo). Green canvas is also in need of a scrub!!! We had to take the roof slats and side slats off as that's how it needed to come down, but all screws are saved, and the larger parts like the standing areas are still made up. There was a support pole which was attached to the legs of house part which was totally rotten where it was right in the grass, so this will need to be added (like a pole cut in half lengthways). It will need a van to pick up, as the poles are around 9ft. One bolt got bent on taking down, other than that its all good, slide and extension are good. This is an amazing climbing frame! Includes a lower level playhouse with cafe counter and 2 stools (the 2 stools aren't attached in the picture but do come with it), an upper level fort which you reach by the rock wall ladder, monkey bars which come out the back (these aren't attached but do come with it), a 2.2m slide, 2 swings and a selwood glider. This was only bought last year but we are selling as my sons just don't use it and as it cost £800+ it's just wasting space for us. Measurements are: 8ft in length 3ft deep 10ft 3in high Longest piece is 8ft 9in long The top of the slide is 4ft from the ground. There is no rot in the frame which is in good condition. The roof is sound but would benefit from a lick of paint. The frame has some green algae/moss to it that will come away with a brush and would benefit from some wood treatment.
