Classic Red and Cream Living Wagon/Shepherds Hut This bespoke 14 x 6 ft living wagon has been built to a very high standard on a ’s turntable front hay wagon. It is constructed from pressure treated timber with painted redwood sides. The inside is a neutral colour with T&G panel walls, a redwood ceiling and floor and curved beams. It is fully insulated to keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer using eco insulation and arctic insulation above the ceiling. it is also protected with a breathable felt membrane to the walls and roof. The front has a feature double glazed window, whilst there are 2 double glazed windows to each side. The rear has a stable door with a flight of wooden steps leading to it. There are 2 double sockets inside with an electric hitch up to mains or a generator. The lights are 12 volt and are solar powered, with a solar panel and battery included. It has, in the photos, an electric lookalike wood burner, but it is set up to take a real wood burner. The inside has been simply finished to give you the impression of what it would be like as an extra bedroom, but could also be used as an office, studio, summerhouse etc. An excellent extra room, avoiding the need for planning permission. Shepherds hut/Tiny house/Living van

Shepherds hut style tiny house, hand built to a very high standard. 16ft long x 8ft wide x 10ft tall. Built on top of a single axle rubber tyred trailer, means it is very easy to manoeuvre. The floor is approximately 2ft from the ground. Two windows, barn door, Coalbrookedale Co multipurpose stove and trap door. (Believe me it gets very cosy when the stove is lit) Stainless steel corrugated iron on the exterior and tounge and groove timber on the inside. The stove sits on stainless steel, the walls around it are also stainless steel corrugated iron. Behind the steel are anti heats sheets, which completely stops any heat getting to the frame. The trailer chassis, floorboards and stove are the only parts recycled, as everything else was bought brand new. All wood fully treated with preservatives. Fully insulated and watertight. Not completely finished yet but will be in a couple of weeks, just putting this ad up to see if anyone is interested. Furniture can be built to the customers needs. The Wagon is a truly unique Shepherds Hut for sale, completely hand built, from scratch by my Father - Colin. He has been a carpenter his whole life and the shepherds hut was built through a desire to satisfy his passion for building and working with wood. Although perhaps a bit biased, I believe his work is truly stunning and The Wagon is testament to that. My Dad is shortly due to begin his next project, and therefore the shepherd hut is now being offered for sale. The shepherd hut has been built using traditional carpentry skills, and a mixture of vintage and new timbers have been used.
