One of the stainless steel sides can be unscrewed and removed for easy refilling of be hydraulic fluid which needs to be done every 150 presses or so. Works off of 240v power outlet so no need for 3 phase. Purchased for cold pressed juice business but no longer required as we are upgrading due to capacity requirements. This press can easily process up to 100L an hour no problem. HOW TO EXTRACT THE BEST COLDPRESSED JUICE ON THE MARKET We used this in conjunction with a high powered vegetable grinder/processor. The fruit and veg is ground to a pulp and then placed into heavy duty pressing bags (pictures) before been placed in the press.
