Chinese Terracotta Warriors ornate chess set, Mint

Highly decorative chess set imported from china, but never played with. I bought it advertised as pieces made from bone, but although they look like bone, I suspect it is man made material. Very detailed corresponding to those ancient warriors, a beautiful thing in its own right Approximate sizes 3 inches deep box with drawers. Each side 20 inches. Height of king 3 3/4 inches. Corners and handles look like antique brass. Playing surface looks and feels like fine leather. Photos don't really do it justice. Each piece is housed in its own individually shaped recess, with a suede-like finish. It was expensive at the time, and postage/import charges high, so the price I ask is very reasonable. You would be hard put to find another like this. Complete, 32 pieces, superb box with drawers. It is fairly heavy, best part of 14lbs so although i can post, it will probably be around £10. Collection obviously free. I can deliver locally for a nominal sum.

This unique Chinese Rat Chess Set was hand made from Stonecast using moulds from Art Crafts CS18 and was delicately painted by hand. This most unusual set depicts rats faces and tails on otherwise human forms, and the figures are dressed in traditional Chinese garb. The Queen holds a fan in her human hands, and the Bishop holds an object resembling a mace. The Knight is on horseback.
