Large, 2 storey wooden playhouse in lovely condition in time for the summer. Inside there is a ladder to access the mezzanine floor level. Tongue and groove roof and floor panels. Stable door. Windows with window boxes. Overall sizes as follows: 240cm wide at base. 260cm cm including roof eaves/ overhang. 170cm wide. 222cm wide including roof waves / overhang at front and back. 230cm tall at highest point. Sadly we won't have space for it. Currently used for storage of kids toys during winter. No leaks, nice and dry inside. No rot at all... really excellent condition. High quality design and structure). Our 9 & 6 year olds fit very comfortably inside with lots of headroom thanks to the height. Painted blue in Cuprinol Shades paint with white trims, except for back and trim on back due to access issues. Will include the stripy carpet covering lower floor and doormat, although will need a brush off. Screwed together panels for easy dismantling, except roof that is nailed on. Trim pieces are nailed on but can be removed easily. High quality heavy duty roof covering, although would need roof removed to dismantle. One edge of the roof felt has been damaged during recent building work (see pics) but will need recovering anyway. Buyer must be able to dismantle and remove asap.
