The materials have been on site for just 18 months, so the condition of the timber is very good indeed, in places as new. The build cost and insured value here is £ of the aviaries cost £ each to build by hand out of quality timber, they all display black ironmongery hinges, latches and locks, we even have (somewhere receipts for all purchases from local builders yards). There is a hen coop for fancy hens that we purchased from Wrey Green for £80 not too long back. There must be £250 worth of round posts, the same again in feather board, joists and beams. The sheds all have operating doors / roofs and windows, the main storage shed was £ on its own to buy and build. It will take you a good weekend to dismantle and take away however you will be getting thousands in timber and building materials for poultry / horses / ponies etc for very little. There are camping chairs brand new never used and camping equipment, utensils and much more to go at. If this does not go it will dismantled and put in storage regardless, any questions please ask, I am looking for sensible offers but far from desperate on this one the material will only go up as timber cost is at an all time high at present. This coop is for up to 3 chickens and comes with roughly 35 meters of chicken wire and supports, one galvanised water feeder, one galvanised feeder (hangable) one galvanised food bin which is roughly 1/5 full of chicken feed and roughly half a packet of straw. The chickens which lived in this previously have just been rehomed so pictures show it prior to cleaning. This will be throughly cleaned and sterilised before collection. The coop has 3 nesting compartments which has a hinged door over for easy egg collection. There is a wooden ramp into the coop and there is a door with a bolt on to make it fox proof. Eglu 'Classic' Chicken Coop with 3m run, and accessories

I am selling an Omlet Eglu Classic chicken coop complete with a 3m run, approximately 11m of Omlet movable chicken fencing, Grub and Glug feeders and a raincover for the run- it's suitable for up to 4 chickens. This is a used item but is still in good condition with lots of use left- this is a sturdy Coop which is really easy to clean and keeps chickens warm and dry in winter and col in summer. This would be an ideal set to get a novice started as you will have everything you need except feed and bedding! As with most second hand Eglu's there is some fading to the plastic and some small areas of minor rust on the metal parts which do not affect the working of the coop. It would benefit from a new bag of clips which will make reassembling the run easier, these can be bought from Omlet or Amazon for a few pounds.
