Couch size Length 250cm Height 71cm Depth 100cm This has been fabric protected. Material is soft to touch very much like/similar to Alcantara. Beautiful three seater chesterfield in very good condition. There are no rips or tears and it has all of its buttons. There are no tears in the material underneath and none under the cushions. It has been cleaned and treated with specialist leather conditioner and protector. It comes with a matching foot stool which also has all of its buttons and is in good condition.
