Epson Stylus Pro A2 printer

Superb Pro printer, prints up to A2 fantastic photo quality. However there is a fault on the black photo ink channel. Matt black channel (using same print head) works perfectly but photo black is emptying itself into the maintenance tray. I suspect a software glitch because no ink leaking into bottom of printer.
