Lovely little mare who would suit a confident child or teenager. She hasn't been in any work for the past 12 months untill a couple of weeks ago she has done a few lessons in a riding school with the more confident riders. And then been ridden a couple times a week but then only regarding jockeysmall I have are eitha too big or too small for her. She can be a little timid untill she gets to know you so to catch I take some food and then she comes to you. She lives out in a mixed herd and no bother. She loads and travels fine in our trailer can't see her been a problemember in a wagon eitha. She isn't for a total novice rider but isn't silly or strong always snaffled mouthed. She can just have a little jog. Will pop small fences with ease and has scope to go higher. Has had front shoes on in the past but currently barefoot she isn't at all footy ect so unless doing a huge amount of road work wouldn't need shoes. For sale due to too nice of a mare to sit in the field but too big for my daughter and too small for anyone else on the yard. 16.2 mare, 5 yr old percheon X cob; project/hunter project

Very lovely iron/dapple grey mare, quiet, good bone. Stands about 16.2, turned five early September. Bought wild from a herd as a project, but just dont have the time to break/bring on. Bought specifically to do side saddle and three day event with. Now halter broken, used to daily stable life, will lead, have rugs on, (still working on back feet) not a mean horse, always the lowest in the herd despite her size!! She is not at all your typical mare, very loving and gentle. She is exceptionally easy to handle and deal with. Dora is a very good doer, she doesn't require any hard feed, and is quite happy to grow her winter woolies without dropping weight. She is barefoot, has no history of laminitis and is such a poppet to do. We are unsure whether Dora has been ridden or driven in the past, but it is quite possible she has at some point.
