Ring Speed Boat 20ft V8 Inboard Project Boat

Ring Speed Boat - Bought as a Ring Extreme 21 but since been told it is a Ring 20. Paid £6k for it as a shell with electric and engine but no finishes, thousands spent on it but due to bereavement has sat since and has deteriorated. Letd get the bad bits out the way - The engine appears seized so either needs complete overhaul or new engine?? The wood around the engine cover has rotted and needs replacing. Some of the paint has cracked altho only noticeable up close. The wood on top of the trailer is ok for now but needs replacing. There is some cracking where the Volvo Penta is sealed onto the boat Good bits Tyres all look ok (one was bad but I have just replaced it in August for a new one) Everything was totally stripped out and replaced. I'm sorry I do not know much about boats - including this one.
