For sale genuine Vitra Eames EA 208 Black Leather soft pad chairs. Designed by Ray & Eames in and manufactured by Vitra, these chairs are a timeless collectors items. The soft pad is a very comfortable design, and is upholstered in premium black leather. The leather is in superb condition with absolutely no rips or heavy scuffs, but does have the usual patina for chair of this age () from previous boardroom use. The base & frame are the polished aluminium finish and is in overall very good condition. This has been my main desk chair for a year, not used every single day but atleast once a week since I've owned it. Its in very good condition, no major marks or scuffs to the leather or metal parts, all look as new except for the lower cushion, you can clearly see it has an indentation, this does not detract from comfort, its just bound to happen with office chairs. Mechanically its still sound, has height adjust, tention tilt with custom tension and tilt lock. Arms are removable plus it comes with studs for if you want a static chair, they replace the wheels.
