I returned for exchange but it was rejected due to a small amount of mud in the velcro It is there but you need to look closely and I missed it There was so little that I did not see it and as a result I have had to pay 2 lots of extra transport costs. The box turned up slightly ripped but that's the only thing wrong (I can post them without it if you like) still has the Monty Robert freebie website stuff with them though! Have to say these really are fab boots, I was really sceptical but mine have lasted more than 3 months so far and they're still in perfect condition! Life saver if you have a horse with a hoof problem! Will be sent via courier service
