Ladies Saxon Manhattan Bike - needs some work.

Red ladies bike, I'm moving and I don't want to take it with me. I'll be honest, this bike has seen better days. The frame has a few rust spots, the back wheel is cracked and flat and the back brake doesn't work. One handlebar rubber is missing. The front wheel was replaced about a year ago and has hardly been used since. Comes with a large, extra comfy seat, also a new addition. Someone who knows about bikes might be able to salvage it, I suspect with a new back wheel and brake it will be usable. Measures approx 103 cm by 160 cm, ie a bit over 3 ft by just over 5 ft, but also has an additional section which can be added to the middle to extend by about 18 inches (see photo). The surface is heavily scarred in a few places (see photos) and so it would benefit from sanding and revarnishing or waxing.
