We are selling our Carnaby Accord Caravan which is sited on Par Sands Holiday Park, Par, Cornwall. The caravan has 3 good sized bedrooms, one double bed and twin beds in the other two. It has excellent heating in the form of radiators in each room. There is a large shower room and WC, a full size kitchen area with fitted oven and hob and fridge freezer We were going to be renting the caravan out so we had to by all new bedding, crockery and pots and pans which we will be leaving for the new owner. The caravan also has UPVC Decking on the side which cost £ and has a ramp leading up to it, which makes it easily accessible for mums with prams, children, wheelchair users and the elderly. There is also a Freesat Dish and Freesat Box to connect up to your TV. We bought the caravan in January and have only had it for one season. It is in immaculate condition as it is almost new so, to call it second hand would be wrong. The site fees for have been paid in full so there would be nothing for the new owner to pay until November . The harbour town of Fowey is a short 10 minute drive away and in the other direction, St Austell, Truro and Falmouth are within 20 minutes to an hours drive away. The North Coast of Cornwall is also within an hours drive and the Eden Project is also 20 minutes from the caravan park. For spares or repair. It has two leaks by the communal entrance and one of the rods has a breach on the metal band (the bit at the end of the rod) that surrounds it. From memory the kit contains a spare rod and the two leaks which I’m pretty sure there’s a repair kit inside are repairable.
