In the kitchen area there is a hob and grill. Plenty of work top space. Caravan also has hot/cold water. Can simply heat water by gas or electric by using the inside switches. Also heater works of gas as well as electric very easy to work and heats up pretty quick. You have blow air heating as well which is fitted all the way through the caravan which gets the heat all through the van in a small space of time. The washroom is in the middle of the van to the side, there is a swivel toilet, sink and also a shower. This is a single axle caravan, easy to tow, tyres are good too. Hi, I am considering investing in a motor home, Firstly due to limited parking/storage space there are size restrictions. Space available is approx 25' x x 2.43) These are maximum area's. The vehicle itself It should have a reasonable lengthy MOT with it and copies of assorted paperwork, showing any recent repairs/replacements & guarantees etc, if possible The van will be without any leaks either past or present internally or externally, ergo no nasty water stains on floors or down walls. All equipment heaters, shower,? loo?, taps, dashboard equipment and switches etc will be in good working order. Tyres, should be better than good, gearbox and engine sound and reliable, no oil/ fuel guzzlers please. Exhaust, again better than good The vehicle should sleep 2/4 people Also having a drive away awning would be helpful. Body wise, limited dents n scratches, battle scars with shopping trolleys are one thing 'Lacework' around the cills and wheel arches are another. A tow bar and electric's would also be helpful as a small trailer would probably be employed I am based in Kent but happy to travel within reason, if your van appears to be close to what I am looking for I am looking at an outlay around the £ mark but may go higher if the vehicle is exceptional.
