Caravan - Fairholme Curlew 2 berth very good condition

Located in Cardigan, Wales. Fairholme Curlew classic. 2 berth caravan made in and very clean inside and in good condition considering it's vintage. The shell, windows and and wheels all in sound condition and all watertight. Interior is completely dry, free of mould and walls and floor very clean and in good condition with only minor things broken (such as a cupboard latch). The beds/mattresses are very clean and look almost new with no mould whatsoever. Inside the caravan smells fine, just a little dusty but no damp or bad odours. The appliances inside are all in place, in good condition and pretty clean. I haven't tested them but have no reason to doubt that they would work. There is a fridge, gas cooker, sink, shower and gas heater. Points to note: One small cut in the skin near the front which can easily be sealed with a 2cm patch. One rear light has lost the orange cover, but bulbs are fine. The tow hook has got rotated around, but I'll fix this (otherwise is sound). One tyre is down, but I've got a brand new wheel/tyre to put on today. One window latch is a bit broken, but window closes/sealed fine. One internal light has lost it's casing (can be replaced). Front exterior storage box was broken so I've removed it (doesn't affect the caravan anyway). There is some exterior green patches, but these can most likely be washed off with pressure-washer. Selling as we don't travel anymore so caravan is surplus to requirements. It has not been used in some years and needs a little TLC, but this is reflected in the price which is a total bargain as we need to free up space in the garden quite quickly. Located in Cardigan, Wales (ideally buyers within 25 miles radius only please). Fairholme Curlew classic. 2 berth caravan made in and very clean inside and in good condition considering it's vintage. The shell, windows and and wheels in mostly sound condition and mostly dry and watertight. The caravan is roadworthy and has just been towed several miles without problems. Upholstery in good condition as is floor and ceiling. Inside the caravan smells fine, just a little dusty but no damp or bad odours. The appliances inside are all in place, in reasonable condition and pretty clean. I haven't tested them but have no reason to doubt that they would work. There is a fridge, gas cooker, sink, shower and gas heater. Points to note: One small cut in the skin near the front which can easily be sealed with a 2cm patch. One 2 foot square section of inner wall in shower room is bulging out somewhat. One 2 foot square section of inner wall behind one front cushion is mouldy and rotted so would need repairing a bit as it must have got damp. good condition, lightweight 2 berth caravan

We are selling our lovely caravan due to the fact that we no longer have a tow bar! She's damp free and in good condition. Here are the specifics and the great bits: - really light to tow and can be moved by hand easily - upgraded towing hitch (no snaking) - end toilet with sink and cupboard and separate shower room (we've never used the shower though as we used onsite facilities) -wardrobe with light -cooker, grill and hob- the cooker is immaculate and looks as though it has never been used! -sink and draining board -masses of storage space - and I mean masses! - 2 facing seating areas with a folding-out table or a separate free- standing table in between - we've often played cards with friends sat there - the bed is made up of the seating area and is really comfy Other bits: the radio is an old car radio which is fine but wont give you BBC 6 music! - there are a few dents on the body work outside - nothing major at all - a couple of the curtains and blinds need some TLC although we've managed absolutely fine and no-one could see in! - the previous owners disconnected the gas heater as they didn't like the idea of it - we never bothered to reconnect it as we have a little electric heater.
