Elddis Xplore 304 with Isabella Awning and many Extras

Price reduced for quick sale. This is the lightest 4 berth caravan on the market with a bare weight of 885kg so can be towed by a small family car with ease. Also being only 5.5 Metres long it will easily fit on most driveways avoiding expensive storage fees. The caravan was fully serviced this year and everything is fully working. The caravan benefits from end toilet with shower and wash basin, kitchen area with 3 ring gas hob / oven, fridge (12v, 240v and gas powered), Blown air heating with room temperature control, hot and cold water to shower and basins. There is more than enough storage including two under sink cupboards, a half-length wardrobe above the fridge, six wall cupboards and storage space under all seating areas. A feature that even some of the larger caravans don’t have is that it has two seating areas. The main seating area makes into a double bed and a second seating area with table transforms into bunk beds. This allows the main double bed to be left made up as there is still somewhere to sit and eat. My wife found a third use for this area by turning the bottom bunk into a “chaise longue” which gave us somewhere to lounge about in the evening and watch TV and keep the main bed area made up. All lights have been changed to LED for power saving if 240v electric is not available. The front storage area is very large and easily stores all equipment, even large items such as wind breaks. This is an ideal first caravan as most items needed are included in the sale, it’s easy to tow and handle due to it being the lightest van on the market with all the features of its larger counterparts.
